“No, wildlife captive facilities do not breed wolves and then release them”

Wildlife areas/captive facilities do not "breed" wolves, let alone release them.

Wildlife areas are authorized recovery centres that temporarily take in injured or sick animals in need of care. Wounded wolves are cared for, in order to return them to the wild as quickly as possible. Only in cases of accidents that cause permanent damage to the animals or when the animal is too long in captivity for successful reintegration into the wild, are wolves kept for life in wildlife areas.
