Outdoor workshops for schoolchildren organized in Slovenia

In the end of May three outdoor workshops for primary school children were organized in the scope of the festival “Legends at the confluence” in Medvode. The children also received a publication – a notebook with tasks they filled in while learning about wolf and other large carnivores.

The children were eager to learn about the wolf biology and ecology, and learned how to recognized wolf footprint and what are the differences between wolf, bear and lynx. Some impressions from the workshop are available in the gallery.
